I researched the Hunt site and based on her profile of properties she has been involved with and the locations she was familiar with, it was a no brainer to pick her.
When I tell you from day one she was nothing less than professional and the knowledge she offers is KEY. She made herself completely available 247 literally I don't think she sleeps :). She kept contact throughout the process. Going to look at houses during the holidays and freezing cold was nothing to look forward to but she kept it fun and always made me feel like I was her only client. He is a hard fighter to get a person what they want when they purchase a FOREVER HOME. When I was ready to cut my losses and call it quits, he would not let me. He was there from start to finish, and still here after the sale. Frank Zellner is there for the customers happiness not just a paycheck. I have known Rebecca for 25+ years. She was my boss back in the day. Back then she was actually the best boss I had ever had. She was thorough, timely, fair, accountable, fun, serious yet able to make the day to day seem not so tedious. Time had past and we lost touch. Then, one day, I found my home on accident not even knowing I was looking for it. I remembered that she was a realtor now so I reached out. Man was that the right move. She still had all of the things that made her great, but added a whole other arsenal of skills and knowledge.
