Every house has pros and cons, and Nicole was very sensitive to what I was looking for, and never ever tried to sell me on a property that I wasn't sure about. If I wasn't interested in a home after seeing it, she would say, "No problem, we'll keep looking!" And when I found the home that was perfect for me, Nicole helped me put together an offer that was accepted even in a super-competitive seller's market, where every listing gets multiple offers, and I was up against buyers with deeper pockets than mine. We needed to find a replacement property for a 1031 exchange and asked for Elle’s help. From the first meeting it was clear that she understood our needs as investors. As investors we had unique asks - high enough cap rate, timely identification of replacement properties, reliable execution, and knowledge of the steps involved in a 1031 Exchange. In Elle we found a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor who is proactive and disciplined in her approach. We also noted that her level of knowledge was much deeper than any other realtor we spoke with on this topic.
