Lori was absolutely steadfast throughout the entire process. I first met her in 2022, when she did an open house across the street. After a full day on her feet, she was so generous with her time, talking to me about the eventual sale of my house. I think we talked for about an hour; it had been years since I had sold a house, and I knew that the entire process had changed. Even though at the time there were so many unknowns on my part - whether I would be moving out before the sale or not, whether the house would need to be staged or not, how to go about selling it if I were not even in state at the time. I told Lori at that time that I would keep her in mind. When the time came for me to put my house on the market, I interviewed Lori and another realtor. Although I really liked the other realtor as well, in the end I went with Lori due to her willingness to promote a sale along my "philosophical wishes" (no sale to an investor, and if possible, to someone who was trying to get their foot in the door...) and her knowledge of the area and neighborhood. Although I hated leaving, I feel so good about leaving the house in good hands, and Lori had a big part in that.
Josh was extremely personable. As a first time home buyer, he was so knowledgeable and taught us so much. He was great with my son and made a stressful process enjoyable.

All was smooth and good, Robert was answering all questions and was very kind. I would like to work with Robert in a future. I had much better experience with Robert than with my previous agent Tim Mcarthy (Tim I can not recommend to anybody)

He is approachable, listens carefully, and puts his clients interests first from initial discussions through final negotiations. He goes above and beyond. There was a mixup with Internet service disconnection at closing. Gabe returned our equipment to Spectrum for us since we no longer had access to the property.
