Mark overall has excellent real estate experience and always produces the best results on selling properties and helping home buyers find what they need and afford. Probably the best Realtor around that we have seen. Lots of them out there but very few good ones who understand the RE market. Mark stands alone at being the best.

Working with Gabe has been such a wonderful experience. He was communicative, responsive, and "no bs." It was stressful 1, buying my first home and 2, moving to a new state. Gabe really helped make sure we understood the process, common issues, and overall what to expect. The process truly was seamless! My *only* critique is that Gabe, for the most part, did the final walkthrough on our behalf, and there were a few small things he missed.

She is extremely conscientious, responsible, and responsive and generates an optimistic attitude in all her interactions. I always felt she was "on my side" for this current transaction and honestly would have NO reservations in referring friends and family to her with any of her real estate needs. Her additional interest in making sure the home I was interested in was fully functioning was particularly appreciated as I was coming back to NY after many years in Arizona and was not familiar with provisions necessary for a New York real estate transaction including getting Radon testing done. Any person she referred to me to utilize for plumbing, home inspection, etc., turned out to be very professional too and gave me confidence I was making the right choice for a new home. I could not be more pleased with a real estate agent.
