reliable and flexible
The crew is punctual and always show up when scheduled; very friendly staff; effecient front office -- and nice to speak to a person and not a recording when you call.
My team is so thorough. No matter how messy I left it, I return to a sparkling clean home each time the team has been there. It's so wonderful, that I often back out the door and them come back in just to experience the feeling again. I also love that you do not use toxic chemicals when you clean my home. It never smells "chemically," just clean!
Maid Brigade always does an excellent job in all the rooms of our house. The staff is friendly, they are nice to our dog, and they ALWAYS show up. I have never had a Maid Brigade appt cancelled except once because of a snow storm, and even then they called and rescheduled right away! This seems like a simple thing, but other services I had used in the past would occasionally just not show up, which is a huge problem for me.
Consistency!!!!!!!! Maria is a wonderful team leader. I can always count on her to be sure my home looks its best each and every visit!!

Over the years I have had a few things in my house broken or damaged. It's not so much that these things happen, but there is never an acknowledgement of the event until I come across it. For example. I had placed my reading glasses by my bed and they must have fallen on the floor, probably from me, and they were stepped on when the crew came and bent badly so much that I cannot wear them. I found them on top of my alarm clock bent. It makes one feel like what else is happening that I don't know about. The crew also broke a fan. They must have knocked it over and it was in two pieces when we came home. This puts me in the position to call and complain instead of Maid Brigade calling me and saying we realize this happend and we want to take care of it. We did have a situation where one of our computers was clearly used and someone opend files on it. When we called, the general manager was accomodating, yet offered that most of the crew does not even know how to work a computer. So what is that supposed to mean? It's almost like you have to prove it or it must not be your responsibility. Granted we did get a new crew and hopefully that will work. It's those lasting impressions that can make a huge difference with customer service.
Very consistent with service. I trust the girls. Reliable to do a good job.

Quick, fairly thorough service. Service-oriented: Oriented towards customer needs with regard to children, pets, timing, communication. I like the green clean. The little gifts were nice too (grocery bag, seeds).
The cleaning services are excellent with very little room for improvement. My only reluctance in recommending Maid Brigade is that you are quite expensive as compared to other housekeeping options.
Excellent service and reliable staff.
Always can tell the team has been at my house. We are naturally clean, non cluttery people and the cleaning is still noticable. Little touches along the way, the folded toilet paper and kleenex is s treat.
