The teachers rock in many ways
The yoga is body conscious with a nice variety of class options. The teachers care about their students and shiw that in the way the teach their classes. It is a wonderful place to practice yoga.

I love Corepower because the studio is very clean. The yoga teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They greet you by name when you enter the building. In the C1 class, I know what to expect. The instructors guide me through the poses, telling me when to inhale and when to exhale. It used to be very confusing for me to do yoga before I joined Corepower. I would be anxious whether I was supposed to be breathing in or breathing out. Now I get to just relax and enjoy the class.
There are other classes. C2 is more difficult, but I feel comfortable there as well. When I can't achieve a pose, the instructor always suggests an easier alternative. I can take heated classes or unheated classes.
There are hot yoga classes and sculpt classes and meditative classes. I love the variety and I love the teachers.
Corepower is the best yoga studio I've ever been to!

It is very convenient to have multiple locations as I travel a lot. I also enjoy that the work out is similar from class to class so I know what to expect and can push myself accordingly.

Consistency. Respect and encouragement of yoga etiquette. Good calming music. Please start on time though. This will encourage better habits among yogis who come in at the last minute, or even after class has started.
The instructors
The employees are very positive and passionate about yoga. They assist during and after class. Are allways happy to share tips and knowledge after class. I love the cleanliness of the building and the SET program. The prices are high and SET helps young or new members learn yoga and decide if it works for them. The bathrooms have everything I need and are allways clean. Great job! I would love to see more variety in the classes. I would like to see more types of yoga done there. Power Yoga is the main focus but that is no excuse to be only one type of yoga In the company. Thank you! Much love!
