The workouts are amazing and I can totally make them what I need them to be based on how my body is feeling that day. Instructors are all fabulous and I love that they each put their own spin on things- some are high intensity and others are lower. Also appreciate the flexible scheduling. As a working mom of young children, I appreciate being able to sign up last minute for a class or cancel within a reasonable time if I need to.
Welcoming environment for a variety of yoga classes guided by fabulous instructors! I prefer the HPF, C1, and C2 classes. The Sculpt classes are very popular for other yogis. For anyone interested, I highly recommend trying a few classes and giving this studio a try!

I love it. But you need a studio in Weatherford Tx. It's over an hour drive each way for many of us and the Weatherford area is one of the fastest growing in Texas.
The teachers were amazing! I enjoyed the sculpt class a lot!! If we move to Fort Worth, I will be joining !

Have had such a great experience here the past time few times I have attended. I came last year and didn't have the best experience but decided to try again and love it! Every sculpt class has been great and instructors are AMAZING!
