You were able to look at a cartridge we needed, and search until you found one compatible with our printers at Name removed. The customer service professional we worked with then emailed us when you were able to get them and we started ordering them for you. We strive to reduce our environmental impact, and your company went above and beyond to suit our needs. Nice work, and follow through. We really appreciate your attention to detail!
