I love how convenient the location is and how they have later classes. I wish they had a sculpt in the morning and more C1 classes available.
Although a smaller,cramped studio, Dupont has an upbeat vibe and great instructors for all 3 classes, sculpt, C2 and HPF,

I truly enjoyed Yoga Scuplt by Abby at Dupont Circle studio. I used to do Pilates, TRX and Bodypump on a regular basis but had to take a 1-year break. I was looking for the good workout and was very happy to find Abby! She is the best!!!

The C2 class with candlelight
Always feels like home when I come back! I had been out of the country and hurt for about 2 months. DuPont isn’t even my main studio, but it’s on the way to work, yet it felt great, normal and personal to be back.
Abby P is one of the best instructors in the DC metro. Her sequencing is thoughtful, well rounded, FUN and safe, and she gives the best hands on assists.
I’ve had an ongoing account issue that I know she has personally escalated 2x + to management that is still unresolved. Makes for an uncomfortable experience every time I sign in

Love the upbeat energy.
The staff is so friendly, the locker was extremely clean and the class was incredible. Although we did experience a fire drill during HPF the instructor extended class to account for the time we lost outside waiting for the fire department. Such a great experience at this location it’s my favorite one yet (although I’ve only been to 4).
