I have referred two friends, that have started their pest companies this past year. But they both chose to go with different software, one chose pestpac and I'm not sure the other. I like some things, but don't understand much of scheduling, not very easy to navigate from one thing to another, I don't feel it is very user friendly. Unclear what buttons do and there is nowhere to find out unless I try it and hope I can fix it if not right. For example, an elderly customer of mine likes to pay for her monthly service three months at a time ahead. Well I tried to add her amount but it just wouldn't let me save an amount more than her total due for the completed work order which was only 1/3 of the check. I friend to navigate through everything within make a payment to prepay for her next two months...couldn't figure it out, then tried to find a way to do it through customer account...didn't work, lost and not sure what to do started going through setup one item at a time to see where I can change the system to allow to prepay or to have a credit saved... Literly wasted hours, I am not really happy about how I can't easily find the answers I'm looking for. I don't have a user manual. There isnt customer locating like I was told originally(like pins on a map). So I could zoom in an area and see my customers or zoom out and see where they all are. I think that there should be notes that pop up or that are in small print that discribe actions of buttons. Enough ranting. The things I do like are EBA account processing. Scheduling is completely unclear still. I don't believe I can watch training videos on it since I'm past my 1st 30 days. Just going to have to keep searching til I get it right.
Great customer service ! I love the Web base software I got use to the new colors in the software and now there just blue and white ....what happened? Oh well service pro is hands down the best web based software on the market. Thanks service pro I've been happy customer since 2007.

The list is too long to repeat. But, in short, there is a clear disconnect between the software and what happens in the field. It is amazingly painful to request adjustments that can be reasonably accommodated. There is no sense of urgency. The wrong things get fixed and the right things don't.

lack of continuity on forms for the mobile app and web platforms

There are improvements that can be made to make ServicePro more efficient for the user. More direct work flow. Fewer pages to navigate through when attempting to add account, print, etc. Very time consuming at this point. Pest Pac is MUCH more time efficient with single page for adding account, single click for printing work orders, etc
I have had a couple of issues that I've called about. I was told they would look into it and call me back. Haven't heard from them since. One issue was called in months ago and the other weeks ago. Still no response.
Easy to use
We are always taken care of when we have questions. They are always answered and they help to solve our problems.
Sales reports are inaccurate and caused me to pay out commissions incorrectly to those that I need to rely on to grow my business. Issue has still not been resolved by your programmers. I cannot refer a software to another in our industry knowing there is such a large flaw in your software. I'm sure you can understand that.
