I like the quickness of the response when we have an issue with the printer/copier. I also like the fact they have access remotely to information within the equipment so when I call Printer Source Plus they are able to see what is going on and understand what I am trying to convey.

Everyone at Printer Source is very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
They are less expensive than at the stores, and usually available. The only problem I had was 1 time when I got the wrong cartridge for my printer, and you switched it out for me with no problem.
And the store is in a convenient location for me.
anytime i purchase a refill cartridge, get more ink than HP supplies in factory cartridges
