By the way, I have a HP color laser and the magenta toner is leaking onto black and white documents. I cleaned off the rubber belt but the streaking returned shortly. Is the cartridge faulty or maybe it is near end of life?

Having a Lexmark printer, the cartridge needed was way out of my price range. The salesperson explained in detail the differences between mine, & one that would fit AND be refillable...& was MUCH cheaper. He even had one in the back that was already filled. Because if this, you definately have a repeat customer, & I will recommend you to others
Lower prices than buying new & you have cartridges for older printers that most stores don't carry any more. =) And I can recycle the old cartridges instead of throwing them away.
They're less expensive than the office stores. Employees are extremely helpful!
