I have purchased your ink quite a few times it's always worked very well for me and the customer service has always been exceptional. I've always liked shopping at independently owned businesses, the last time I was there the owner took extra time to answer my questions, which is always a plus.

Convenient, and although HP has blocked my printer from using your cartridges, your prices on HP cartridges is the same or lower than the big box stores, and your people are way more friendly and efficient.
