I am greeted with smiles. I ALWAYS get what I came for since they are so well stocked. If for some reason they don't have something I feel confident that they would assist me in locating it. The fairly new printer repair/inspection service is outstanding. Also having great deals on selling printers. Full service print store. Prices are reasonable.
