Our family has been going to Christian Brothers with all of our vehicles since they first opened in Holland. However, after a few major issues over the last several months, I doubted we’d ever come back.
That’s when Jeff the new owner stepped in and worked with me on what needed to be fixed, with great service and follow up. He was very fair and knew his stuff. Back to being a CB fan!
Transparency. The digital inspection was great! Also, they reviewed the estimate, discussed options. No pressure, just let me know what the vehicle needs. Free snacks too!

An unexpected issue/item was discovered while the repair work was being done. This was approved and added to the list of items being repaired. I was glad that this additional item was found and fixed.
I am always able to get in quickly. I am not having to wait weeks for a repair. This time was a check up for my car prior to a trip. I feel good about what was recommended to be done and it was completed that day.
We receive text messages updates letting us know status of the work. They provide a simple to understand red yellow green form to let you know what work is recommended and carefully explain what work they do and if you can wait. I appreciate their friendly service. The electronic invoice is also handy.
