Our family has been going to Christian Brothers with all of our vehicles since they first opened in Holland. However, after a few major issues over the last several months, I doubted we’d ever come back. That’s when Jeff the new owner stepped in and worked with me on what needed to be fixed, with great service and follow up. He was very fair and knew his stuff. Back to being a CB fan!

They were thorough and kept me posted on their progress. An unexpected issue/item was discovered while the repair work was being done. This was approved and added to the list of items being repaired. I was glad that this additional item was found and fixed.

We receive text messages updates letting us know status of the work. They provide a simple to understand red yellow green form to let you know what work is recommended and carefully explain what work they do and if you can wait. I appreciate their friendly service. The electronic invoice is also handy.

Provided text updates, gave understandable explanations and answered questions so that I was 100% knowledgeable as to what need to be done, why and what the cost would be. All work completed within estimated budget and on schedule agreed to. Provide FREE courtesy transportation both ways. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
