The staff are receptive to customer request. It would be nice if there were 15 and 20 pound weights for the sculpt class.

I love the hands on yoga practice. I've been there only 3 times but I can't wait to come back again. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. The studio itself is also very nice. I feel like the instructors are also incredibly helpful.

Class variety. No sign in required. Great music! I recommend you all the time!

I love the music in all the classes and the instructors are wonderful! The classes are challenging and I am loving the incorporation of blocks and straps in class. My favorite put is the focus on core work. I also truly enjoyed a class Christie led focusing on the chakras.

I really enjoyed the class with Paula as I did before. Everyone was very helpful in shuffling me around to the person I needed to talk to about some questions! Excited to come back this weekend and bringing a friend!
