Place is clean and spacious. Instructor I took was great.

Really appreciate the free class as I had not done a C2 class before and wasn’t sure if I could handle the intensity (it turned out to be perfect for me). Loved the encouraging guidance and affirmations spoken throughout the class. Also thankful locks are provided for the lockers. The “after party” with coffee and swag was fun too!

All of the instructors bring their own personality and twist to their classes and each one is different which I really enjoy. The staff is always extremely friendly and wanting to talk to their yogis.

I love how friendly the staff is to me! I love that there is a variety of classes and times offered. The studio is always super clean. It's one of my favorite places to go to regroup from my day or to start my morning.
