Great instructors and clean studio. Wish the studio have more class on the weekends..many class get cancelled on weekends and not enough afternoon and early evening classes
The teachers are always so friendly and supportive! I love the family atmosphere and sense of belonging! I could be tired and in a bad mood, but once I walk in the door and am greeted with a huge smile and warm welcome, I instantly feel better.

Where do I even begin with this CorePower Studio location in Brea?? The first thing that comes to mind is how much I enjoy being at this location and seeing the trainer's. They are so friendly and such geniune people who care for your well being. The Yogi Masters :-) as I call them are all special and they will guide you patiently through your practice. Each one of them has an ability to bring the best out of you! I admit that I love the attention I get from each of these trainer's during class. Especially when my name is mentioned; whether it's for a song that is being played or to just acknowledge my efforts. It definitely keeps me motivated, even during the butt kicking! LOL! Yoga has also taught me to tell myself mentally, even when I so want to give up - "Don't quit on yourself, Mark!" For the first time in my life I feel like Yoga has given me purpose and to be grateful for every day and every thing. And I know that aside from the practice that the trainer's played a key role and that it has had such a profound and positive impact on me. Lastly, I now have a great sense of comfort knowing that I can do something consistently going into my 50's and beyond. Also, to be healthy and hopefully look good too. LOL! Thank you again, Brea CorePower Team! I love you all and you're all Super Stars in my book!!

So far I have only attended 2 classes. But I do like the amount of classes offered. The Studio is nice, clean and welcoming.
