Dropped in on Christmas Day and did a sculpt class - it was amazing. So glad that on a holiday where every place seems to be closed, I can still count on CPY to get my workout in. I normally go to the one in LoHi (Denver, where I live) and the class I took was easily good enough and challenging enough to be taught in the high profile LoHi location next to the corporate offices. This is the best thing about CPY: you can always expect the fun, challenging workout that makes you feel amazing afterwards.

I like that many classes are scheduled throughout the day. I'd like to see even more times scheduled especially in the late afternoons, evenings and weekends. I also like the consistency of the work outs that are offered. Frankly, they are not the most awesome classes I have ever taken but they are always good.

Clean environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, pure water dispenser is a plus, wide range of classes and times, classes are peaceful and relaxing but also challenging :)

Love the facility---it is absolutely beautiful. All of the teachers are so friendly and take a lot of pride in their teaching. CPY is very accepting of people of all levels and provides such an energizing, challenging workout!

I haven't used any products but the class I went to as a guest was wonderful. I'm planning on bringing friends and doing this more often
