Technician very nice and worked diligently. After carpet dried, I thought I could still see residues of stains......but I was in such shock after the carpet disaster was discovered, it might have just been indelibly etched in my mind.

Fellows were very nice,very prompt, which I appreciated. Had to get carpet cleaned, due to
one of my cats having 'accidents' when she had a urinary tract problem, and I couldn't get the odor out. Only 'problem' was when they left, apparently the cat was still in the room hiding under a couch, and they shut the bedroom door behind them when leaving, and the cat was then trapped in the room, where she remained all day till I got home from work...needless to say, I had to 'spot clean' an area myself just after having it professionally cleaned.....oh well, is a funny story.
