This is the third time I have used ServiceMaster and I have been extremely happy with the job they did. Angel Soto was the technician that came the second time and he did such a fantastic job that I called the office and told them what a GREAT job he had done! This time I specifically asked for Angel to do my carpets and once again, he did a FANTASTIC job! He was always very pleasant and worked really hard. I was very impressed. Also, each time I have called the office, Michelle was very helpful, pleasant and most accommodating. The whole experience has been great and I would HIGHLY recommend them to my friends and family. I had to get my house clean FAST to get it on the market. It was really, really dusty, cobwebs, etc. I knew there was no way I could get it all done on my own. And I was pretty embarrassed about how dirty it was. The cleaning crew spent the whole day here (although they did arrive a little late), the floor crew (tile & carpet) was great, everyone was very sensitive about not making me feel bad that it had gotten so dirty. Only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because a few things were missed while cleaning and I had to call you to come back out. But I was very impressed with the company's commitment to making sure I was happy. I paid more than I would have with "Molly Maids" or something similar, but it was very much worth it. I will definitely recommend ServiceMaster in the future.

The personal attention the office staff, and the supervisor making the initial assessment gave helped get this job done. This was a job for a senior citizen client with family 3000 miles away. The staff worked with me well considering I was the eyes and ears for the family.
When I stated the job was yet to be complete, and cleaning still had to be done, there was no hesitation in understanding. Initially, we were going to be put off to the following week, but the staff understood. I explained this job was a continuation of incomplete work, and had to be complete before scheduling us in the following week as initially planned. Also, it had to be cleaned before another client retaining Servicemaster was scheduled.
Although, I wasn't called while the company staff was still in the house for a final walk thru, I was called after they left stating they had put in several hours.
I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend Servicemaster to anyone. Job Well Done!

Patrick was friendly and courteous. He explained how to properly care for our carpet after it was cleaned and provided us with furniture blocks to protect our furniture from the damp carpet. Our carpet looks wonderful!!
