The warm pool temperatures are the best
I like how updated you keep the gym. Equipment, rooms , pool, basketball court. I like the cleanliness , there’s a lot of people using this gym and it’s always very clean. Locker rooms, free weights, machines very neat and organized at all times. You keep your machines, tread mills working, we don’t walk in to a bunch of broken down equipment. Thank You for doing such a wonderful job.

Just a note: Swimming pool is lacking in cleanliness. Please keep it clean. Please keep changing rooms warmer. They are cool and uncomfortable much of the time. Need more afternoon classes (for those of us who can't make the early morning classes).

Hello, I had a really great experience with customer service this past Friday. The team members who serviced me were Keke, Letty, and Dana if I'm am remembering her name correctly. They had the most exceptional customer service. These women helped me start a membership I thought could only be started Monday thru Friday. They could of easily been lazy and turned me away but they worked very hard to see that I didn't procrastinate about my health any day later. These ladies deserve the most respect and a raise. A pizza party won't suffice these women's hard work with the community. Working with community is very hard. I just want to give them a kudos for makingy experience special and serving others to their highest ability. The bathrooms also smell so much better. I feel at home again with Emmanuel Cleaver YMCA.
