There is such a variety of classes at every exercise level. The instructors/trainers are extremely knowledgeable and approachable. They make work outs fun!
The track, the stationary bicycles, and the circuit weights.
The only complaint I have is that the swimming schedule is a bit confusing, and it's hard to know when to go to swim when the Lazy River and other areas are open for anyone to swim. I know it must be a challenge to schedule everything, but it's a bit of a bummer when you go and the pool is closed or otherwise occupied. I have called before I go, which usually works, but it's still confusing on the times.

Plenty of activities available, excellent cardio equipment. Full walking track, cycle area, and aerobics, fitness areas, and full free weight space not to mention a large pool.
I participated in a study through KU Med at this location. It was a 2 year study and I had a wonderful trainer at the South Platte branch.
Participation gets me up and out of the house and moving! While I am doing my routine, I am inspired by the many others who are also taking care of their selves.

This Y had a very nice vibe to my it. I especially appreciated there were no unattended kids running wild like I’ve seen at a nearby Y. Everybody was engaged and the staff was very nice and friendly. I’ll be back!

I’ve been a member for several years and have visited several local Y’s, this is by far my favorite.
The crew at the welcome desk could not be more personable and accommodating.
All I do is swim and I can always find a lane in the lap pool. The lifeguards are also polite and friendly. And last but not least, it’s locker room and showers are also the best.
It’s my happy place.
I like the fitness classes and I like the instructors. The weighlifting area and pool areas are also very good.
