Variety of water fitness and classes for seniors. Some days there are so many seniors just hanging out and socializing. With our kids growing up and family moving away, it's great to have a place for seniors to get physically fitter and emotionally fitter. And the staff has been friendly and helpful.
Most everyone is friendly. The Y has everything anyone would need to work out and the premises are always clean and well cared for. Would like to see more activity regarding things like bus trips from Parkville to places of interest around the state and country.

From the time you walk in the greeting like family , very clean place , now the Classes is out of this world the Classes Must Body-bump , cycling boot camp , RPM , Sprint cycle , Body Balance , Boot Camp and YOJO you must try , the teachers is very talented , friendly and Beautiful they walk you through the class step by step and first class you take you feel your self add it more family to your family . It is the ( Best Of The Best , Nothing less )
