The recent renovations have been a plus. It is a very pleasant place to sweat. The North Kansas City location is just the opposite. I prefer this location and use it regularly.
Multiple workout machines to accommodate my workout regimen
I would love to see a second Saturday morning cycle class. The 8:30am is early for people with small kids. Adding a 9:30am or 10am would be ideal.

We love the convenience of Kid Zone. Wish there were more fitness classes late afternoon (4 or 5) and weekends.

The new arrangement that switched the benches with the squat racks is not a good use of space.

The variety of things to do to stay healthy
That there are enough lap lanes for swimming that I rarely have to share a lane. Especially since there always seem to be who are doing water exercises in just one end of the pool.
Excellent instructors and staff. I really enjoy the variety of classes, especially RPM and Body Balance.
I love my gym because I have managed to organize my work in such a way that every day I have different workouts that I love with different trainers.And it enriches me, besides making my body beautiful. Every instructor in the gym is the best!
