Everyone at front desk very helpful. They keep their machines clean and up to date. Trainers are great and really knowledgeable.

Great teachers the have a variety of personalities and teaching styles. Good enough equipment, welcoming at the front desk. Les Mills classes are great, I like Michelle a lot, I'm not a gym rat, but she motivates me to believe I am capable.

Great prices, equipment, helpful staff. However, IT'S TOO HOT IN THE GYM. Turn the heater down! THe elderly wear pants and long sleeves. If they need a jacket they can wear it. The rest of us are dying!!!
