It's clean, the equipment is mostly up-to-date, the abundance of classes, the weights, the facility, the workers (especially Harold), it's all around great.

The Y has very qualified trainers to help with your specific problem areas. We especially like Stephanie & Kelly for our cardio & muscle strengthing. (Not sure about this spelling)

I have greatly benefited from the six sessions of fitness coaching classes that I completed. It has enabled me to establish fitness and exercise goals for a lifestyle of healthy living. Luke was a great fitness coach.

The morning classes are wonderful. Love the variety and the instructors are top notch.
