The Y provides a wide variety of exercise equipment, free weights and classes. The staff is always friendly and the center is always clean.

What does the Y do really well?

The Y motivates me to be a healthier person! When I first started I couldn't walk down the steps from the track! I would have to take the elevator, because of my knees hurting. Since all of the water fit classes and Kenzie Olson's motivating spirit! I now can take the stairs up and down! When I walk in and see Kayliegh who always makes a point and acknowledges me and says hi, and also Teresa Flaugher. It is very pleasant and everyone is very nice!

I love the silver sneakers class; Also the fit links program. I like the variety of program options for exercising and the community spirit. You also have a great staff and class instructors (friendly and knowledgeable)!

What does the Y do really well?

I love all the water fitness classes that you offer and I love that they are offered when I can attend. The instructors are awesome especially the new water salsa teacher, love her attitude.
