I feel like It makes me exercise even though at times, I don't want to. I walk around the track and do Silver Sneakers when I can. It's nice to have a place to go that is close to where I live.
There is a wide range of classes offered during the day. Each class has very good leadership and attendance. We also love the activity pool.
The pool is the best one around. My daughter loves childwatch!

Aquatic Center
The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming. I love the water facilities. Rose Shelly Amanda And Desa are outstanding instructors.

The Y has amazing group exercise classes. We travel to the SE & SW US and larger cities with Ys don’t have nearly the variety and number of classes we have at our Y in Platte County. The instructors and the program quality keeps us coming back and renewing our membership year after year. Thank you for hiring such awesome staff!

I love the competition pool. I appreciate the lifeguard showing up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 6-7 so that we can swim laps. I wish we had more time in the morning to swim laps.
When the swim team swims on Wednesday mornings, then it is crowded. It would be really nice if the swim team would swim at another time OR the open lap swimming would be extended for two hours in the morning.
