Yes everyone needs to keep their bodies in check no matter how old, but the y has classes and machines for everyone. But the best thing I like the y is it offers communication and meeting people that feel the same as you do. I have met friends that I think are awesome, which makes me want to come more. The y has given me another reason to enjoy my retirement
The staff is very helpful and friendly!. The facility is CLEAN!!! Equipment is state of the art, clean and in top working condition.
Lots of room. Great pools. Not too crowded. Pleasant personnel.

Variety of classes
I like everything about it the people who work very friendly. The instructors are very good. It’s a very good gym to go to.

It's a wonderful place, perfect for families and those who want to start exercising, as there are activities for all ages and the facilities are spacious, well-lit, and, most importantly, very clean. Gayla and Crystal were very kind and explained everything perfectly. At one point, I thought that because I'm Hispanic, they would be somewhat non-acceptable, but they think all races are welcome, and I liked that. In short, I'm delighted to be a member.
It's convenient., the size suits me., the choice of equipment suits me.
The staff is always friendly.
If you would have questions about how to use certain equipment, etc. there is always staff on hand.

I really enjoyed the facility. I do wish we had more space for the kettlebell area.
Absolutely LOVE Christel's water aerobics classes! I get such a great workout. Her music choices are great & love the feeling I actually got a workout when i leave!
