My daughter’s swim instructor, Abbey, does such a great job! My daughter is so comfortable in the water and loves coming to class. I think what she does well is being so calm and friendly with the kids. It puts them at ease and makes everything feel safe which gives them courage to try things and learn more.

Swim Lessons! We had a really bad experience at our local community center. My son never wanted to go back to swimming and I am avid about him finishing. I convenienced him to try the Y and he loves it! He is almost done with level 3

Communication with the coaches in the YMCA Flag football league has been really good this season. I thought it was a strength of the organization last year as well. I like the addition of the advanced league this year. I believe they are doing a nice job of giving kids of all skill levels a chance to play the game for fun, while still providing a competitive atmosphere.
The North Kansas City Y has been great. Friendly staff...close to work so I can walk during lunch...just joined so haven't done much but planning on using it more.
It is super clean, nice staff, and is consistent.

Variety of classes. Equipment in good condition and wide variety to suit all ages and levels of fitness. Always somebody available if you have questions.

It is very clean and lots of machines open to workout on! Also I like the way it has many options with machines and weights and cardio

I am an instructor, so as much as I want to say group ex, I will leave that out. My kids love bitty sports and the kid zone, the pool staff is fantastic, and I love seeing the older kids climbing the rock wall and using the tech lab.
