There are many types of exercises that can be completed due to the array of equipment, a nice indoor track, workout rooms, aerobics and pool. The staff is friendly. There are activities for both young and old.

Good fitness classes with very good instructors. Also, good swimming pools and weight areas.
Staff are very professional, kind, willing to help you with anything, want to make your time at the gym comfortable and enjoyable. Always greet you with a smile, call you by name when you arrive and when you leave , saying "have a nice day, becareful.

The YMCA in NKC is amazing. It's always clean, it has great equipment, the pools and hot tub are wonderful, they always have something going on, and most of all my son loves the Kid Zone. He begs us to take him! I'm glad we chose the ymca instead of other gyms because it has so much more to offer.
