I think the Y is a good fit for nyone wanting to get in shape or just feel better about themselves because you have choices, you can go at your own rate, acquire a personal trainer or join a variety of exercise classes.

It has a wonderful Active Older Adult group. The exercise is tailored to everyone's ability. It is also fun to do things as a group such as the Dinner Theater and day trips. It helps people age gracefully.
