The staff are very nice and courteous. The facility is small yet enough for the people who come in. Kidszone is a hoot! My daughter loves it! However, we do feel that when we enroll to a class and there aren’t the required number of people they should still accommodate whoever wants to take the class. We have this situation where my daughter is in the Saturday swim class and she is alone. So either that class will be canceled or we will have to pay for private lessons. We are already on waitlist for the weekday classes so it’s not fair for the members to pay extra money.
The Olathe YMCA is my 2nd family. I love the programs and instructors . I refer people there all the time. The Active Older Adults activities are amazing!

I love the Olathe Family YMCA because of the members and the instructors! It is such a welcoming supportive community, well actually it’s like a Family! I guess that’s why it’s called Olathe FAMILY YMCA

There is a wealth of machines, pool for exercising on my own and a variety of classes. I don’t attend as often as I should but when I’m there ——— I love it.

Love the variety of classes that are offered. From silver sneakers to line dancing to swimming, the instructors make the classes both fun and motivating. For the money, the YMCA can’t be beat.

This location has friendly, helpful employees and a good variety of equipment to use. It's not my home Y location so I've only used it a few times but I have no complaints.
