I have had some health issues, several weddings and traveling so I have been gone from AOA classes for a while.We will leave again July 18 and return on Aug. 17 Then back home for several weeks. The AOA instructors are certified and trained for AOA. So the AOA workouts are designed specifcally for our older bodies strengths and capacities and work toward our stregnths and capacities for a healthier. And their classes are also
enjoyabl and fun.

Very friendly and helpful. Just moved her from Florida where I was a YMCA member it's always
hard being the new person, but I should know that the YMCA is more than a gym and the staff and members always make you feel welcomed when you walk into the building. The group exercise classes at any YMCA are the best and a great way to meet new people.

The family atmosphere. The classes are great, the instructors know your name. The facility is clean. When checking in they know your name. Access to the equipment is easy and you don’t have to wait your turn.
