I love how the staff is always friendly and helpful! Also, the kid zone is the entire reason I looked into joining the Y. Its the only gym that I know that does that! Which is great for families!

What does the Y do really well?

Friendly staff! Family oriented by allowing my kids to use some of the same equipment I do. My daughter love to work out with weights. Her and I can do sets with the dumb bells and free weights.
