I'm thankful that you set a suggested intention at the beginning of class because it is grounding. I am thankful that you educate us on how each stretch is benefiting our body physiologically, because it is motivating. I love the cool towels at the end in some studios and I'm sad when they don't have them in all studios because it is a nice contrast to the heat and effort during meditation at the end. So thankful for all you do!

Yoga sculpt was challenging & a great workout. The class had a great representation of all fitness levels. Many ways to modify for personal needs.

I love Core Power! However, I would love to see a security guard in the morning for the 5:45 am classes. I go to night classes occasionally and feel safe. In the mornings, sometimes, it does feel a bit unsafe walking to class.

Corepower is a LIFESAVER! After a long day at work there is literally nothing that makes me feel better then a sculpt class that can get me dripping sweat in the first 5 minutes and have me deep breathing out all of my stress. I don't know how I ever survived this whole "adulting" thing without it.

Nice atmosphere and clean. The class has a nice flow (on the gentle side). Will return because of the genuinely nice staff. Instructor was sweet, music was nice but IMO class was a bit gentle not power. Merchandise was awesome.
