The staff make the difference at one escape,polite curious and friendly, always on hand to help, encourage and advise. There is a real sense of community which makes it a great place to get fit and hang out.
The staff are very helpful with a peronsalised program and wellness check, there are loads of classes and the gym never feels too packed or busy

The facilities are great.the gym is well equipped with all machines working.everywhere is clean and well maintained.the changing rooms are big and spacious including the lockers.plenty of space in the showers.the pool,steam room and sauna are really good.the jacuzzi is nearly always full but then it is very big.
The opening and closing hours are a major plus for me.the previous gym was much more restrictive especially about closing time.
