The services. I really appreciate the quick and prompt response by Taylor. He is very courteous and and professional. Since Taylor took over my services to maintain my water softener I have had no problems when he comes he checks that everything is functioning well if is not he fixes the problem and lets us know what was wrong. At first I was having a lot of problems with the way the equipment was working and having to call to get salt put in the tank and seems the guys that were coming to to service never check anything, they were just putting the salt in the tank. Since I purchase this water system one tank ha to be replace and there has being no problem since the, Thank Taylor the great services you provide.

Culligan is prompt about service. When the Culligan person, Bakiri, was here to provide more salt for our water softener, my husband happened to mention that the water pressure was a little low and that a plumber who had been to our house for another problem suggested that we would need a new water softener. Bakiri suggested that it could be our filter. He looked at it for us and sure enough, we needed a new filter. Bakiri ordered the replacement filter for us and said that seeing as we have the premier service account, there was no charge. He was back here within a matter of days, changed the filter, tested the water and had us inspect the service to ensure that there were no leaks. He cleaned up all of the water that he had to empty out in order to do the change. Wonderful service!!! I will keep Culligan forever!!! Thank you for everything!

Excellent service. As we are not getting younger it is getting more difficult purchasing and replenishing the salt in system. Their service provides just that help.
As my system is inside the closed garage the timing of the service provider is a bit difficult, however, I do find communicating with the “texting” service provider does help to figure out the timing of the visit.
