The quality of your water and products is excellent.
The systems work great (I have softener + Smart RO + bottle service) but what caused me to initially purchase and now recommend were the customer representatives - from sales to installation to service, I never once felt pressured to buy, and never felt tricked with the demos. Once installed, the systems work as promised. I even bought a water tester from Amazon to make sure and yes, it is real!
The RO and bottle service water taste amazing! With the softener we are supposed to be able to use less detergent. Would it really clean?? Again, YES. Clothes feel softer, dishes lost that cloudy film, and all are well-cleaned with significantly less soap!
I urge everyone to run to walmart or amazon and purchase a $10 water tester. You may be as shocked as I was. Even my filtered refrigerator water was testing at 460 TDS (which is BAD), and smelled like chlorine. Your hair and skin (and detergent budget) will appreciate the softener, and your dishes will sparkle. If you also get the Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water, you'll be surprised how much more water you WANT to drink, and how superior it tastes!

I have no complaints. I have been with Culligan for quite a while and I have never had to call for service. The techs that come out to check the salt and the water softness are always polite and tell me what I am getting. I try to tell my friends that they should go to Culligan and some have and others find something cheaper and then complain about it. I am super satisfied with your service.

We have had Culligan for over 45 years. I especially like Joe that delivers our salt. There is no way that we two seniors could do this ourselves. We also have reverse osmosis on our kitchen sink as well as de-chlorination and soft water in our basement. The only problem with all of this is that all of the filters need to be changed once a year and that is quite expensive and we must have a Culligan service person come to our home to do this. Also it is difficult for us to change the timer on our soft water unit.
