It’s so nice to have the phone answered by a real person. Requests for delivery of salt are dealt with immediately and a delivery date is given at the same time. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great company.
I know when a delivery of salt will be made. I can pay when I receive the email that my ;puarchase has been posted. Paying with a credit card is easy and I can see that payment has been made. The advantage of having soft water is no soap scum on fixtures that use water and the clothes are spfter witj pit tje ise pf druer sjeets/ Bathrooms have no water spots and dishes ithat have been through the dishwasher cycle have no spots. I use less laundry detergent.
