When I call, someone always takes care of my needs. Sometimes I get kind of loud with that person, they are always kind and understanding, always take care of my problems I think I am having. The staff is quick to respond and communicates well. I have been in my home for 35 years. My Culligan softener and Ph tank work extremely well on my hard water.

Great service! First name removed does a great job. Pricing is getting out of hand and I am looking to find an alternative system that is less expensive to maintain. When I first had system installed it was about $300 for annual service. Now it is over $700 and I cannot justify the cost.
