The water filter is very good quality product. While a little expensive for us but we decided it was worth it as the water tastes great and is clean (and we can take it with us). The process of working with rep and with installation tech ran smoothly and everyone was polite efficient and helpful.

We have used Culligan in our home for years (soft water, reverse osmosis units) with great success so when it was time to find a water delivery service for an aging parent in an assisted living facility we turned to Culligan. Their customer service is top notch from the first contact to the first delivery. I don’t usually write reviews but it’s so RARE to find great customer service these days and everyone I encountered at Culligan did a great job and they were very accommodating!

At one time I had my own soft water conditioner. It kept breaking and was nothing but trouble. Now I use Culligan soft water service and do not have any problems. The service comes on a regular schedule and there is no interruption in water. I referred Culligan to a friend who was having problems. Now his problems are gone too!
