The water softner is working great! I was however disappointed in one of the guys that did the installation. I have pets and when they got there I asked that they make sure to shut the door behind them when they go in and out so that my pets don't get out. I had to go shut my door 4 different times because one of them kept not shutting it. I just hope he follows instructions better than that when he's installing things.

Kevon just came to do our uninstall because we’re leaving the state. I have to tell you he was an absolute delight. He was so very respectful. He remembered to call five minutes before he came. He was polite, friendly, respectful of the home and just absolutely wonderful. He was prompt and just really went the extra step he asked me like how much of the drain pipe I wanted to have left he even put a cap from where the RO water system used to be all of that wasn’t necessary, but I was so appreciative that he did. I understand that he came here from Florida and he has a plumbing background. I truly hope that you keep him as an employee for a long time and recognize how absolutely wonderful he is.

I Like my Delivery man he is so nice and helpful.Brings my softener salt in and takes it all the way down to the Basement and stacks it nicely by the softener. And also puts some in if it needs it. And he usually checks once or twice a year to see if I need any. He’s Great because there’s no way I could haul that down there.Very friendly Just an all over Great man. Thank you😊
What’s not to like? Home delivery is the BEST! They bring in the salt, top up my softener and always ask if all is AOK. I even get a little extra salt by times if I’m expecting lots of company as I know we’ll need it. Delivery is efficient and whenever I need to call they are there. THANK YOU Culligan!!!
