I had a great experience with my technician Chad who came out to fix my water softener. From start to finish, he was honest, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the solution before moving forward.
What really stood out was how thorough he was- he didn’t just fix the immediate issue, but also checked everything to ensure the system was running properly and wouldn’t cause problems down the line. Like the taste of culligan water compared to our town faucet water. Our driver delivers it right to our house and exchanges our empties out for full ones. They are great to work with and promptly fixes any issues we might have with our deliveries.
