We have noticed a huge difference in our water quality since we had the new water softener system installed in our home. Our previous water softener did not have the charcoal tank and softener combined and I believe that makes big difference between the two. Highly recommend.

We appreciate the service of delivering and loading salt and checking to make sure things are working properly. The only suggestion we have is that we could possibly be notified of an approximate time of day when you will be here for those deliveries. We receive notifications for the days, but not approximate times. We just want to make sure someone is home. Thank you!
