The drinking water system is quiet and efficient. The wireless leak detection alarm and automatic shut-off function are an excellent feature that I would highly recommend to anyone considering purchasing the system, particularly condo owners.
The installation technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable and put in his best efforts to to ensure he installed my system with as little disruption as possible.

Customer service is always helpful and courteous if they can get the billing department call line fixed it would help. The call wait time is ridiculous, but I spoke to the spokane office and was told about the website which I was happy to find out that i could pay, update my information if needed and see the delivery days without having to call

I like that you have set deliveries for salt and send reminders of those deliveries and scheduled maintenance. The automation of the renewal is what makes Culligan so convenient.

It’s an old house with extra pipes going everywhere from work over the years. Not only did they install the new equipment, but also they took the extra time to organize and clean out the piping in general. So, I was only left with what was needed, and everything looked tidy in that basement area. They also took extra time to help me set up the app and show me how everything worked. It was truly great work, and I am very happy with it.
