My product was faulty right from the start but the service was excellent and eventually discovered the problem was the actual “mother board” ( not correct terminology but the computerized part).

Very courteous and professional service. Culligan installed my original filtration and water softener equipment 25 years ago and subsequent upgrades over the years. Annual maintenance has kept the system in good working order together with prompt response whenever special needs arise.
