Good service
We love our clean water. It feels better and smells better than the water did with previous water conditioner. The RO system delivers great tasting water to our kitchen.
We also really like the option of having the salt delivered. Eric, our salt delivery guy, is very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. He also has a great personality. He used to deliver our salt at our old address and I had asked to once again be put on his route. I was very happy that my request was granted. We can trust him if we have to allow access when we're not here.

The service tec Chris Carpenter did a great job. He was a very professional and nice guy.

Jonny was very helpful in helping me get what I need for my home. All in all great company and great people. I recommend them to my friends and coworkers often when I hear they have water needs in their homes.

Phone customer service
We go through a lot of water in my family. The home delivery service is a cost efficient and convenient way for us to stay hydrated on a daily basis in a fast paced modern world. My Culligan delivery driver is super friendly, he never seems to have a “bad day.” He even offers his help bringing in the heavy water bottles off my porch into my home. I’d highly recommend this service
Tim is very helpful. He spends time talking to us and explains what’s going on with the water and what he’s going to do. He also makes changes to our system based on what he sees going on. I’ve had numerous conversations with him and he’s always provided good service.
Your water is fantastic ,but the driver that is making your deliveries is top notch, Stephen has been my driver for 15 years and has always gone above and beyond for our family. And truly should never be replaced
