Our service tech arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed a problem with our water softener and addressed our concerns for our RO system. He recommended we upgrade to a bigger tank for the RO to better fit our needs and concerns. We agreed. A few short days later he returned and very quickly upgraded our tank. Great service with a smile. Highly recommended!

We have had your system for about 2 years now.The water tastes better compared to the old
system.Yearly cost for salt,mineral and service is wy less.

Ease of billing. Convenient. always on time. Would do better if you gave a 3 hour window for delivery. Also bottles are heavy for older customers. You may consider giving the service of delivering bottles to a designated area inside the house rather than at the door. Even if you added a small charge for that service.

The service rep went beyond what was required to do a good job including bringing me salt that was needed since I was unable to lift any weight after a surgery.
We have had Culligan softeners in the past, which why we once again chose them.
The Culligan water softener we purchased was to provide soft water & eliminate minerals in the water, as well as in the house pipes. So far the unit is doing what it's supposed to do.
Dealing with our local Culligan team has been awesome. The professionalism from the sales & install personnel was fantastic. Everything about their product, maintenance & my things to do on the unit was very well communicated.
