For the most part all goes well
I’m not sure I can say the same thing about the plumber you sent to install the new water softener. They caused several problems that still have not been resolved. I hesitate to call them again because they don’t seem to think we have a problem.
All the water that comes from the kitchen is warm or hot. We have no cold water at the sink. The water that comes from the filter tank is also warm where as it had always been cold before the plumbers were here.
In the process of finding out why we had water on the bathroom floor the water tank part of the toilet was broken and we had to have a full replacement. The tank was not broken beforehand.
The plumber was very friendly but that does not excuse all the problems that ensued with putting in a new water softener.
As a whole Culligin has served us well for 25 years.

We've had Culligan in our house since building it in 1982. That is a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking and cooking water.

The equipment has worked well all these years. When periodic service was needed, Lowell would come and perform professional service. Along the way, we put both items on a service contract.
Now they both get professional service annually. In fact, Laine was here this past Tuesday for the annual service. Checking, filter changing, cleaning and testing to make sure everything was in specs. The best part is Laine is Lowell's son. Great guy, just like his dad.

I am a long-time customer of the previous company, Custom Pure, and I do miss the ability to discuss issues or concerns with the business owner, who was passionate about clean water. But I appreciate still having the option to use their system, and the home service people have always been professional.
