The water is great tasting and Culligan's personnel is super friendly. I just give them a call and my bottles of water usually arrives in the same day. I tell the delivery man the door is unlocked and after he brings the water inside he always locks the door.

I’ve have used Culligan for several years now. I am very pleased with the delivery personnel. They have always offered to bring my water jugs into my kitchen area. Carmen in the office is always so friendly and helpful when I have to call into the office. And, the water is GREAT!!!

The product is great. However, we had a situation lately that nobody showed up to replace the canisters of our Osmosis system. They had told us who the technician would be, but no one showed up and apparently the service was not booked by Culligan staff.
Another date was confirmed and we were advised of the morning the technician was to show up, he had phoned in sick and therefore another day was booked.
The technician did show up in time the other day and replaced the canisters.
However, due to the limited space under the kitchen sink, and hard to get at the canisters, one of the water lines started to leak at the shutt off valve below immediately below in the basement a T connection started to leak.
The technician left that Friday morning and I did not notice the leak until the next merning when I went down into the basement.
I was very pleased that your technician showed up in late Saturday afternoon and fixed both leaks. The project manager of Service Masters was here yesterday to inspect the situation. In the mean tome, I had two dehumidifyers running non stop to dry out the carpets and when Service Masters showed up the area was almost dry. Some damage occurrredto the HI-Fi cabinet and pictures were taken by the Technician and Service Master representative.
Proves to be healthy.
The only comment I am going to make is the fact that our local Culigan where we get our water is also the fact that I order the water for our Church but the billing goes to another person .The company seems to have gotten this issues extremely mixed up for a very long time and has been approached a number of times to get it straightened out BUT HEY the last two times it has been correct........................GREAT, I say. Carry on and do the very best you can because it is hard when companies out source their management in all different directions as the need is required especially in this business.
