Nathan Timmers was our service tech today. He came out to make a repair yesterday and there was a small issue found this morning. Nate came out within a couple hours and not only quickly assessed and made the repair, he also told me that he had missed something and was extremely apologetic. Admitting the missed item goes very far! He made no excuses and was very, very professional. I'm not hoping we have problems that bring him back to service our water/ice cooler, but if we do, I know we will receive excellent service.
And we think that the quality of the silvered water is good and we have phone call again responsive to any problems.
System works well, service always efficient. Justin did a great job.

We use the drinking water filter and water softener. Two very big “musts” for Frankfort residents. Just service today but, Shane did a great job. Explained everything to me and was on his way in about a half hour. He also showed me how to do regular maintenance/troubleshooting between service calls. He was so helpful and very grateful for his insight.
It's like you're like your service and you're on time all time.

The products are solid and they work well! I am very pleased with the quality of water we have now - it's superior to the water we were drinking and using prior to installing the Culligan products. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained everything about how the products work, why they're beneficial, and how to maintain them. Previously, I thought water systems were a sham, but now I understand them and can see and taste the difference. Additionally, Michael is friendly, easy to work with, extremely responsive, and communicates clearly. Thank you!
